The AEO Sprint

For firms with little or no AI search presence who need proof, fast. A focused, on-site engagement that builds your authority framework and puts your first citations on the board.

If you've checked ChatGPT or Perplexity for your own firm and found nothing, the Sprint is the starting point. It's built for agencies and consultancies with little or no AI search presence who want a structured, time-boxed way to find out what's possible - not a vague retainer that might get to it eventually.

Who this is for

Firms that have never been cited in AI search, or firms that suspect they're invisible but don't have the tracking to confirm it. You work with me directly through the whole engagement - no account managers, no handoffs to a junior team, and no long-term contract before you've seen a single result.

What's included

01

Authority pillar workshop

A working session to define the three or four claims every AI answer needs to reinforce about your firm - what you do, who it's for, and what you're genuinely, specifically recognised for. Nothing gets written until this is locked, because every article afterwards has to reinforce the same claims.

02

On-site articles, structured for LLM citation

Content published on your own domain, engineered for how language models actually parse and cite a page: direct answers near the top, clear headings, plain HTML - not for how a search engine ranks one.

03

Weekly citation tracking across 8 LLMs

Citations and mentions checked weekly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, Meta AI and DeepSeek, so you can see which prompts are moving before the sprint ends, not just after.

04

Final data review, no spin

A straight review of what moved, what didn't, and what it would take to keep the gains compounding - so the decision on what to do next is based on your data, not a pitch.

How the sprint runs, week by week

This is the same process behind every engagement, start to finish. In my most recent sprint it took eight weeks, kick-off to measurable AI visibility - a realistic range for what to expect.

Week 0

Prompt target session

A short working session to agree exactly which discovery prompts and buyer intents I'm targeting - and for which segment of client you want to attract.

Week 1

Authority framework & first drafts

I define your pillars, map them to search prompts, and get the first articles researched, written and structured for AI extraction.

Week 2–8

Publish on a consistent cadence

Articles go live on schedule. Each one reinforces the same commercial positioning across the same defined prompts, so the signal compounds instead of resetting.

Monthly

Data review, no spin

A structured citation-tracking pull and report - what moved, what didn't, and exactly where the next month's content should focus.

Built on the Authority Framework

Already have some visibility?

The Sprint proves the model works and gets your first citations on the board. If you're past that point and want to keep the gains compounding rather than fading, that's a different shape of work. See what's in the Retainer →
